To cover 1st Panzer Division's drive to retake Zhitomir, the SS Liebstandarte Adolf Hitler attacked towards Brusilov and soon occupied Kocherovo on the Kiev-Zhitomir highway. The 5th Guards Tank Corps was tasked with breaking through and retaking the village.
Objectives: While the enemy is occupied with a feint from the north, your company will advance west on the village. The attack will be supported by a platoon of the new SU-85 Tank Destroyers placed in overwatch. Your platoon will form the left flank of the company front, and is tasked with supporting the center, command platoon. No matter what, press on to the village and destroy all enemy encountered. At least one company of enemy tanks are in reserve positions south and west of the village.
